Is there any way for running the CICS transaction with out terminal?

Did you mean without User interface(screen)?
if yes,
yes you can run a CICS txn. But this is mainly done for Testing or for remote procedure call (RPC programs).
You would be actualy passing the required data into the program through DFH COMAREA . You would be passing the data through the CICS native region.
