I have a requirement to copy selected fields from one dataset to another. I am able to able to achieve it using IBM File Manager 14.1.
Issue:
I can copy Packed-decimal to Packed-decimal fields, but I am not able to copy Packed-decimal fields to Zoned-decimal/Edit Numeric fields. I am getting "Invalid Field Value" error.
Please help. |

I copied this from Knowledge Center for FM
Copy from field to field. Using both a “From” and a “To” template lets you copy selected fields, change the size and type of fields, and create new fields in the output data set.
????
