Hi,
I work on CICS, but am a newbee to DB2. I have my data in DB2 which resides in Machine2. My CICS region is running in Machine1.
Can someone help with the steps to perform to establish connectivity between CICS in machine1 and DB2 in machine 2 ?

Hi Buddy,
DB2 system remains global
u can connect from any machine if u have access to the Tables (Permission granted to u r ID) |

As per balaji the DB2 system is global. it can be connected from any machine. plz ceck ur code and the connectivity permissions.

and gather the coding info. i think it will be helpful. |
