Please vote for my RFE:

(you need an IBM developerworks id to open the link and to vote)
=========

DB2 for z/OS does not support the mixed case package names on the COPY or DEPLOY options of the Bind Package command.

If I submit a job with the package name enclosed in double quotes, I get this:
BIND PACKAGE(UPPERCOLL1) QUAL(TS5781) OWNER(TS5781) DEPLOY(UPPERCOLL2."MixedCase2") COPYVER(V1) EXPL(NO) ACTION(REPLACE)
DSNE931E DSNECP54 DEPLOY (UPPERCOLL2."MIXEDCASE2") CONTAINS AN INVALID SYMBOL (")
DSNE931E DSNECP54 DEPLOY (UPPERCOLL2."MIXEDCASE2") CONTAINS AN INVALID SYMBOL (")

The COPY and DEPLOY options should also accept mixed case package names and collection id names.
