I want to copy a file from another node to current node while I am logged in a TSO session.
I am saying TSO session as I will be building a REXX script, which will execute in foreground & it may need a dataset (which is a log file) from another node.
I am not sure if REPRO or if there is any other command that could be used to copy dataset from another node to my current node.
If some one can give pointers then I will explore those options. |

Consult your site support group. They can tell you the options you have and the best way to proceed.
Depending upon what you are calling a node, and how your site is set up, the answer could be as simple as merely using the data set (for shared disk) to FTP or XMIT or DF/DSS (ADRDSSU) dump to tape and restore on the other node. |

If you are only logged on to the target system, I think the only choice is to FTP. If you are on the source system, then you can consider the other choices that Robert mentioned.
If you have userids on both systems, you may be able to submit a job to execute on the source system, which would initiate the work. |
