Suppose i have call 2 procs,how can i override 2nd proc 2nd step?

Yadagiri,
I hope that you are talking about nested procs in JCL.
In nested PROCs, u can only override parameters upto first nested level.

Plz go thro' the attached piece of info for Nested Procs' along with samples.
