CICS Terminal Color Code

hi,

In my shop few users are using Attachmate Extra and rest are using Attachmate Reflection.
For one request , changed the Font color to Red which displays the error message.Changes are working as expected in Reflection. But the same is not working in extra and system is changing the rest of the Font Color to Green in Extra.

Discussed with CICS Admin,Admin is asking to contact desktop support.
Please let me know without desktop support ,whether can be resolved by doing code changes.

above code is working in Reflection only line 22 is displayed in RED and the same code is changing the font color to Green for all the lines except line 22. in Extra Please help .

the capability of displaying colours depends PRIMARILY on the definitions of the EMULATOR side of the thing...

verify that the EMULATED HARDWARE specifications are the same

that' the season the support should be involved
( possible reconfiguration of some of the emulated terminals )

You may also wants to check Emulation Type and User Interface settings on EXTRA.
