Hi,

Few days back, while trying out some options in IOF spool the order of display is changed.

Now I am not able to see the latest submitted job first in the Spool.
I tried different option but not able to bring that. Can some one help me on this.

I could see the job in highlighted but not at the first.

Regards
Karthik

These are few options you may try and see,

Code:
SORT DATE D TIME D
SORT CPUTIME D (Applies to running jobs only)
SORT JOBNAME A JOBID A
SORT OFF

Actually I have more or less the same problem with SDSF. For a long time (like 4+ years) I just used the default sort order, whatever that is. A couple of weeks ago I changed the sort order in ST to JOBID, which works fine with me, but I can't get it back to the default, not that it's all that important to me.

After I finished the first paragraph, I realized, "Idiot, you didn't do any research!" First I dug up the manual, which was not exactly helpful. Then I started HELP in SDSF. After a few minutes I encountered SORT ?. I entered SORT ? in my primary userid, and sure enough it showed JOBID and A. I then logged on with a secondary ID, which had not been touched (I hope) and entered SORT ?. SDSF displayed TGNUM A. TGNUM A strikes me as kind of dumb; TGNUM D might be more appropriate

So I guess my minor problem is solved.

Does IOF have anything like SORT ? I certainly don't know; it's been 14+ years since I last used it . Perhaps the IOF experts can tell us.
