Hi friends,

I have a file which consists of 20000 records.

I want to skip first 10000 records and want to display the remaining records.

Is it possible thru FILE-AID?If so what is the option that we can use?

Bye

Hi Vani,

Here is path for what u wanT.

FILE-AID --> BROWSE ---> (BROWSE MODE = C if u don't want any formatted display, if not select F or V.) and then (SELECTION CRITERIA USAGE ===> T ) ----> 1.OPTIONS ----> (INITIAL RECORDS TO SKIP ===> 10000) and (RECORDS TO SELECT ===> 1 ,RECORDS TO SKIP ===> 0 ) and (NUMBER OF RECORDS TO SEARCH ===> ALL , NUMBER OF RECORDS TO SELECT ===> ALL ,
Q/VSAM PROCESSING DIRECTION ===> F ).

If u are not clear with this, let me know, i cane send u the screen shots.
