Hi,
I'm facing error while trying to take the new copy.

The protsym file was Notupdatable and notaddable so I changed the properties to pick the new load from the CICSLOAD to have in it but still when I give the command

CNTL=NEW,PROG=ABC
I get the below message always.

CAIN8002 WARNING - Symbolic file date/time not equal to load module date/time.

Is there any other option/command which lets me to take the new copy from the ciocsload.

The symbolic information should be loaded to your PROTSYM file and it should be in sync with your new load.
IN25COB2 loads symbolic information for COBOL programs. You can search for IN25COB2 JCL and use it to update your PROTSYM file.
