User Abend S04E in cobol DB2 program

Hello,

I am using COBOL-DB2 program. In the program I use cursor to fetch the data from the various table. For Cursor declaration I am getting SQL code = 00 but when 'OPEN Cursoe-Name' statement encounters, I am getting s04e abend.

Abend msg is 'User Abend S04E R=00E70007'

Could you please help me on that.

the reason and what to do are clearly explained in the manuals

no reason for anybody to rewrite them

also what happened when You searched the forum with s04e ?
