HEllo Friends,
I have a requirement to rename, say 50 files at a time using utility. I did search in the forum for some clue and i found some solutions and tried those.
1. I used IDCAMS to alter the file name i am getting
ALTER is not the recognised command for IDCAMS.
2. I also Tried using the IEHPROGM, Still not able to get.
Could you please suggest some solution. Meanwhile i will be trying on the same.

I am now able to acheive this using IKJEFT1B batch utility.
But i am unable to get this using IDCAMS and IEHPRGM.
May i know the reason why i am not able to get this. |
