Google Access mainframe for free it should help you to try some basic mainframe related stuff writing Cobol db2 programs and simple queries through spufis and rexx etc. |

you can also download a free copy of db2's C-Express db2 vsn 9.7 and you can practice on your pc.
google for db2 c-express. |

IMHO, this is a fantasic website for learning basics and has definitely helped me to learn SQL. |
