I beg for your forgiveness**...
I have been nominated for a community service award, for my volunteer efforts encouraging local students to continue their education. Part of the nomination process requires the submission of a package with letters of recommendation and the like.
But it occurred to me that I also volunteer here, in the mainframe forum. Actually, I contribute quite a bit of time here. I hope that someone appreciates my efforts enough to send me a testimonial. Please print, sign, scan and return to me a PDF (the signature is important). I have attached a file as an example. Please feel free to change in a way that is appropriate.
