Can we load DB2 table which is being used in real time

Hello All,

I have a quick question in DB2 loading process:

Can i load a table which is active in Real time(ONLINE table).

If yes what are the options i have to use in Load?

Will my job run or fails? Or Is there any performance impact to customers with contention?
