hi,
Please allow me to ask a very low-level question.
I've never issued console commands before, can you please tell me where to issue these console commands?
I can only find a relavent redbook named "OS390 JES commands" , I wonder if "console commands" and "JES commands" are referring to the same concept? Or, if there is console command reference?
Thanks for your kind reply in advance. |

Hello,
Quote: |
As described in the z/OS Concepts and Planning Guide, commands can be issued from: The z/OS console or equivalent |
Both JES commands and z/os commands provide a way for the "operator" to communicate with the system. They are not the same commands. |
