Self service password reset applications

Hello,

I have recently been asked to find a replacement for our racf self service password reset app (which is currently EZ-Reset). I'm hoping to find some reccomendations or opinions based from what other companies are using. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Just curious, does EZ-reset have a menu which has 3 options like below,

1 => Anywhere Password Reset
2 => Anywhere Password Change
3 => Password rules

I havn't seen the administrative portion of it so I can't say. I know its made by Vanguard, and its very basic. It allows a user to register their racf id and create 3 security questions. The user would answer all 3 of their security questions and create a new password that has to follow the password rules. This is all done through a web based application. From what management is telling me they want something that has the ability to email the user their password and this is not supported by EZ-Reset.
