Is the concept of Tracker site available for DB2 for LUW?

As we all know that the concept of Tracker site and takeover site are available for DB2 for z/OS.
for example:
publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/dzichelp/v2r2/topic/com.ibm.db2z10.doc.admin/src/tpc/db2z_recovertrackersiteintotakeoversite.htm

But do they also available for LUW (which means Linux, Unix and Windows)?
