Dear Listers,
I have been able to execute PGM=ICEMAN where our shop uses SYNCSORT FOR Z/OS 1.3.2.1R. Is it advisable?
I posted a question in JCL section where using the code
INREC OVERLAY=(20:MYDAY)
I got erroneous result. The day of the week is not being returned correctly.
Any thoughts as to why? |

Raymond Sachs,
PGM=ICEMAN or PGM=SORT or PGM=SYNCSORT, all of these will invoke the same module.
AFAIK, The error you got has nothing to do with this. |
