I need to find out the maximum rows a table can occupy/maximum size of the table. please provide your suggestions to find out the same.

look in the DB2 SQL reference for your version of db2.
there is a 'DB2 LIMITS' section, which you can find with the search engine for the html or pdf. |

just being picky
the link would have been perfect if the TS had wanted to know how many rows could a table contain
related to the allocation specifications
but really the question as posed is just a chatting issue with no practical use
or a technically correct but useless answer could be... depends on how much dasd space You have available
