I have an IMS DC transaction that is abending with a S0c4. The Transaction updates some databases. The database updates are happening correctly and the MPP is completing with a Status of QC indicating all messages are processed. There is no abend shown on the screen. But the S0C4 is logged in the system log.
Following is the dump of the system log
18.25.21 JOB06530 DFS554A IMSTMSG2 00004 IMSTP ABC1 (1) NABC1 0C4,0000
REASON=00000010 IT
19.03.29 JOB06530 DFS554A IMSTMSG1 00002 IMSTP ABC2 (1) NABC2 0C4,0000
REASON=00000010 IT
This issue is becoming very critical.. Appreciate if anybody can assist me on tihs |

a forum is not certainly the best place for site critical issues
the proper steps for such issues would be
0) have Your support involved
1) look at the manuals
2) take action according to the info found there
