Difference between Position and Cursor

What is the difference between position and cursor?

hai kriz_cts. first be clear in your quesion please. icon_question.gif what do you really mean by the term position. i can't get you. about the cursor, it designates the location at which i want my position of data entry will be. i can code that position through map for which maps are intended.
