Hi Everyone,
I have a VSAM file(KSDS), record size is 260 and and I want to update particular field in a record. For example,
Input record like below,
310000001SO23 201005232130MM95050.02010052321292010052420100
310000001AA10 ....................20100523160107000000000000
310000001WW01 200704111118SSS5010.20100524004845..0.........
310000001EW45 200802121149TYT5010.N5010
310000001AS12 ............SGF5010.60H 020050Y...............
310000001UO78 ............HJK5010.60..004005028P.0007007....
310000001LK56 .................... 200707021525
I need to check from COL 1 to COL 20 if it is equal to '310000001AS12 ' need to update that record in the COL 45 to 50 to 010020.
Would any help on this please. |
