Hello.
How IMS DC transaction identifies associated MID name during its first GU call in the application program.
Example:
/FOR BSPTMAIN (transaction)
In the application program to retrieve the record(or seg) from input queue-
CALL 'CBLTDLI' USING CF-GU TERM-PCB TERM-IO.
In this case, how GU call identifies the MID name?
Please advice. |

Hello.
Please correct me if I'm worng.
1) /FOR BSPTMAIN - Invokes the screen associated with MOD - BSPTMAIN
2) Once user key the data in the screen - the associated MID (that identified by NXT=mid-name in Format Set with SOR=DIF/DOF) is used to retrieve the message from queue.
