Some applications are offering a "batch or foreground" option on their panel.
When batch is selected, they generate the jcl but can't generate the JOB card, each site having its own restrictions.

Usualy, entering a JOB card once is enough, the application then knows how to "remember" it.
Have you tried that ?

Hi Marso,

Thank you for your reply.

Some applications are offering a "batch or foreground" option on their panel.

How to check whether my applications "offering batch or foregroup", i haven't checked before please tell me the path how to see ?.

When batch is selected, they generate the jcl but can't generate the JOB card, each site having its own restrictions.

Really i didn't understand the meaning of above sentence, could please expalin it.

My required Jobcards are coded in lib's which are specified in EQQJBLIB DD name.--- We are following it in our environment.

Sorry, I misunderstood OPC when I posted my reply.
After checking what OPC is, I'm sorry to say I can't help.

NB. If you look at option 3.14 "Search-For Utility" you will see the Foreground/Batch option. If you select Batch then you will have to provide a JOB card.
For a new user, the lines will be empty, but once data is entered it will be remembered.
That is what I meant (but, as I said, not relevant to your case).

Hi Rajesh,

You mentioned that you are unable to see the Job Card of the Job in 5.3, could you please let me know whether you are able to pull the Job in 5.3 .
Because if the Job is not there in the current plan, you would not be able to pull the Job in 5.3 OPC.
