• Mandated knowledge on CICS in area of CICSPLEX , CICS MRO , Channels and Containers , CICS MQ , CICS Transaction Gateway.
• Competency on the databases like DB2 , IMS DB/DC , IDMS etc.
• Advanced DB2 features like Stored procedure , Data Modelling , Database design.
• If worked on Legacy Modernization or conversion project , it will be an added advantage.
• Competent on IBM MF tools and productivity enhancers Strobe / Microfocus / CA /Compuware.
• Ability to develop High level architecture , Design from functional specifications , High level and low level design , estimation , test environment setup reviews is a must
• Banking or Insurance domain knowledge would be helpful
