Hi,
In our project, there is no job flow document available as such to refer. Hence, I would like to know whether it is possible to know the entire job flow using the ESP scheduler which can be used to document.
I know that we can schedule the jobs, set dependencies and view the successor / predecessor for a job thru ESP. However, not sure whether we can generate a report showing the list of jobs in a flow from top to end and its dependencies in one shot using ESP.
Kindly advice. Thanks. |

I am new to ESP, with the reference I had I came to know that we can generate reports. But the reference material was not having any examples and the exact command. Hence, not sure about it. |

ESP has a file that specifies the preds/successors (along with other information) for a schedule. Check with the sceduling group in your organization to find out where these files are located. From this it's possible to parse the file and generate a diagram using a tool such as Graphviz which I actually did at a previous employer. |
