Hi,

I'm new to IMS Db,I've 6 PCB in my PSB. I need to specify the all the 6 PCB's in my application program?

Hi,
All PCB defined in your PSB must be defined in your applicaiton program. In addition your PCB must be in the same sequence as your PSB.

However if you do not want some PCB in your program, create a new PSB with only the PCB required by your program.

Yes you have to. And you also have to maintain the order in which PCBs are defined. Suggest you go through IMS Basics once. You can start with this link.

I think its not that way, You can just mention the PCBs that you need rest of them you can just indicate by commas, just like the positional parameters in JCL. Again, as others said, the order is important.
