why not look at the manual Yourself,
system wait codes is not something that we have in our fingers ready to be described and solved
no reason to rewrite something available in the manuals

You need to read the linked manual. If you find something that is not clear, post what you found and your doubt. Someone will be able to clarify.

Hey Dick

hey who ? icon_evil.gif

Dick is not Your dog, so first of all start learning good manners

second if You had cared to read the manuals You would have seen
that it contains all the info needed to diagnore Your issue
...
start from
publibz.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr_OS390/BOOKS/IEA2H781/1.2?SHELF=IEA2BK81&DT=20080124095350
and then proceed to

publibz.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr_OS390/BOOKS/IEA2H781/3.0?SHELF=IEA2BK81&DT=20080124095350
for z/OS z/Architecture general wait state codes

or ,
publibz.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr_OS390/BOOKS/IEA2H781/6.0?SHELF=IEA2BK81&DT=20080124095350#HDRSADMPW
for a stand alone situation

You did not describe correctly Your environment, so looking at the manual is the fastes way for You to solve the issue

quoting from the manual
Quote:
... The IBM-supplied wait state codes appear in this book . Installation-supplied programs can use the wait state codes X'FF0' through X'FFE'; see installation-supplied information for these codes.

Quote:
there is no solution in that book....if u find the ans tel me k...

the solution is there
... You cannot blame us or the manual for Your unwillingness/laziness/lack_of_...... to find the solution
so just start earning Your salary finding it Yourself!

Old dog learning new trick. . . Can't stomp and clap, so:

Woof, woof, bark.
Woof, woof, bark.

Buddy you're a boy make a big noise
Playin' in the street gonna be a big man some day
You got mud on your face
You big disgrace
Kickin' your can all over the place
Sing it!

We will we will rock you. . .

Woof, woof, bark. . .

Of course, many won't know/remember from 30+ years ago. . .
