RISK of not upgrading softwares for DB2,CICS Tablebase ADAB

I am planning to track information about the Risk of not upgrading software for DB2 cics and tablebase ADABAS and finding the impact of Third party tool also Could you please procide the some idea s about this ASAP. Thanks in advance

After 5 years, you should be aware that we don't do ASAP. . .

Unless an environment is to be de-commissioned, it is incompetent (if not worse) to allow software products to "run forever". I'm not sure what you want to "track" but the main issues with out of date software are:

1. Will no longer be supported.
2. Will not run on the "next" operating system/hardware upgrade.
3. Bug fixes may not be applied to old code but only to supported code.
4. New features will not be available.
