Hi All,

I'm beginner DB2.

I would like to know details about DB2 log files

like how DB2 log files will be created, if parameters used ( in details about it ), how the nameing standard will be given e.t.c...

May be my question is stupid but i would like to know.

I has even my try on search but couldn't get links or information.

Hello,

Suggest you talk with the DBA.

No one here can know any of the details about how your environment is configured or what might be the naming standards for that environment.

Not specific my environment.

I want know in general scenario how the files are created and links/manuals about it.
