Hi ,

I heard there is some technology called zipzap , to merge JAVA and Mainframe .

Could any one enlighten me ? it would be nice if anyone can provide some links/ documents

I'm sure you mean the zAAP processor available on mainframe CPUs to run JAVA workloads.

Google is your friend. Googling zIIP (for data base processing) or zAAP (for Java processing) returns plenty of hits and documentation.
