How to paste a line (which I have cut already) in more then one place at a time inside a member?

Please help.

Cut & Paste would be a function of your terminal emulator not COBOL.

Assuming you CUT using the ISPF primary command, look up the various options of PASTE on the help panels of ISPF. One of the options is to KEEP the contents of the clipboard for subsequent PASTEs. You can also PASTE into multiple locations with the same PASTE command. See help panels.
