RETURN CODE IS 8 REASON CODE IS 8 IGG0CLA3
I couldn't find any reference for RC=8 and RSN = 8. Appreciate your help in getting any pdfs or your writing.

posting the process again for the gazillionth time

go to....
www-03.ibm.com/systems/z/os/zos/bkserv/index.html
click on
Messages and codes using LookAt
enter the message and choose the zOS level and hit the go button,
that will take You
publibz.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr_OS390/BOOKS/IEA2M881/SPTM012038
and follow the instruction...


if You want to proceed further
go back to the lookAt facility and do the same for the IDC... message
that will take You to
publibz.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr_OS390/BOOKS/IEA2M681/SPTBB3009I

where all is explained

but at this point the proper route would be to get Your storage support involved
