Could you please someone let know the query to check whether particular user(X) have access on plan (A) or not.

Yogeshwar,

This is the table SYSIBM.SYSPLANAUTH.
In the top you can find IBM manuals link. Click It.
SQL REFERENCE is the manual.
Get into DB2 Catalogs Chapter.
