Mask CC-Byte Problem

I am using Mask in easytrieve as below

Infile Filed
Field-1 38 6 P 2

I want this field to be routed to outfile as
Out-field W 11 N 2 MASK '-9999999999'

But while displaying i am getting one extra space before sign. i heard that is a byte called CC-Byte. I don't know what actually it is.

Please tell me how to avoid that extra byte in the report.

Hello,

CC-byte is probably Carriage Control. . . The values that control report spacing.

You might want to ask CA Support, but i believe that a report automatically generates carriage control characters.
