Hi,
While we are doing the release Audit in Changeman for a release,
we are getting error for one of the components (its an LCT component)
The error is:

ERR0410! LINKCARD (LCT) COMPONENT IN THE AUDITED AREA HAS A MORE RECENT
DATE THAN THE ASSOCIATED EXECUTABLE. THIS OCCURS WHEN THE LINKCARD COMPONENT
HAS BEEN CHANGED WITHOUT RELINKING THE ASSOCIATED EXECUTABLE.
RELINK THE EXECUITABLE IN THE CURRENT AREA TO USE THE CHANGED LINKCARD
COMPONENT. |
We tried restaging both the LCT and STP components (its a stored proc), in the package, but the error is not going.
Is this something to do with the linking (and editing) which happens when a cobol code is compiled? As far as I know it happens during the compilation of the program itself ( which happens while we stage the program in Changeman). Not sure if that logic is related to this error and how to fix it.
Can someone help me here.
