At first Could some one help me with a basic ACF2 Related Document?
Do we have different sets of ACF2.
1) Rules set up in ACF2 database and 2) Rules defined in PDS Members. ?
I see that in my application, the Applcation leader grants the access to each users by making an entry in a special PDS Member. There itself access is granted to a specific user IDs and some times a specific set of user ids are granted...
As an example.
User IDs starts with A..... and ends with Z will be given a Common access.
I am very much new to these ACF2.
What level of Rules are set up in these ACF2.
Starting from System access to the different HLQ access can be given in this ACF2 rules for each individual users?
Is it possible to see the Rules defined?
Please advice and correct me If I am wrong. |

CA DO NOT publish their documentation in the public domain.
You must ask your peers how and where to access the relevent documentation for the product.
We can not supply you with the documentation due to copyright issues. |

You really need to speak to the people at YOUR site who are responsible for the security setup and maintainence.
What your security people do is purely site specific, maybe using ACF2 in conjunction with some home grown tools / utilities that we know nothing about.
The security standards and procedures is different from site to site, so the best place to learn your site standards and procedures is your site. |

security is a mission critical section of IT business ( and also non IT )
should be planned at the highest levels of the organization infrastructure
so a forum is the worst place to ask for guidance on such a subject |
