File Aid - Error ER 763

While querying thru File Aid, I am getting an error - INVALID PATTERN - CHAR. Error code - ER763-EXPECTED ALPHANUMERIC, NATIONAL, OR PATTERN CHARACTER NOT FOUND.

I am not sure why this error is coming. I am querying File Aid as I was doing previously and I never got this error earlier. Please help me!

Something has changed. You need to identify what has changed between this time and one that worked. . .
