Does any one know the actual name of the CICS Program Control Program , Task Control Program and File Control Program . I guess these programs will be available physically in the CICS System Control PDS ( Created when CICS is installed to your mainframe )
I was just curious to see the flow of the programs and the logic . If any one can help with the program names and weather they do physically exist in the system PDSs then it will help me a lot .
Thanks |

DFHPCP, DFHFCP, DFHFC*
AFAIK, IBM no longer provides source for these CICS modules.

Debabrata,
Can you please tell me if you are able to see the loadmodule of those ones if not the source code. Because as Garry Pointed IBM does not give the source code , i think we should have the load modules in our Mainframes .
Thanks

I am afraid i did not find the same either.
To find out the CICS LOAD MODULE library go to any CICS region and do a SRCH for any CICS online program . It will show a catalog of all the libraries that it searches in the CICS region to pick up the corrosponding load module for the online program , including system libraries.
The DFHPCP and other programs were not defined in any of the CICS system libraries in my case. |

they are there. you have not been looking in the correct libraries.
the library is stated somewhere in the JCL that defines the CICS Started Task.
oh, by the way.....why do you want to find the load module |

I was just curious to see the flow of the programs and the logic , i am not interested in the load module as such . But as Garry has pointed out IBM does not provide the code .
ManojLenkaMainframes can you tell us weather there are any specific reason for you inquiring about the load modules . |
