Why not contact IBM for them? Be aware that the manuals tend to be very expensive when printed. |

Aren't they all available to download in PDF format? |

I have a hunch that digital media was what the TS meant by softcopy.
IBM manuals run $50-$100 each.
Old versions of manuals (db2 6 or 7),
COBOL II are not even available from IBM as PDFs.
.boo files (book manager files) or HTML is the best you are going to do.
a ream of paper costs $3 - $8 - 300-500 sheets.
2 or 3 thousand sheets would cost $30 - $80.
ink for printer/laser would cost $30 - $50.
cheaper to download several pdfs and then print them yourself.
actually would be cheaper to spend 2 or $300 and buy a reader. |

Do you have internet access?
You could save the link to specific manuals (or use the "IBM Manuals" link at the top of the page). As Kevin mentioneded, a copy can be saved to a hard drive. I'm not clear why this would not be readable as there are free viewers.
If you really want something on paper, you might consider looking at the online documentation and then printing some small part of the material such as a page or a section. . . |
