hi

I have one ps and i typed some contents.when i mentioned

find <search-string> then some search-string gets highlighted some are not getting highlighted.

But when i tried the same thing in my friend id its highlight all the search-strings perfectly.

may i know why all the search-strings is not getting highlighted for me.

I would suggest that your buddy has a different setting for his highlights.

Type HI on the command line and select Highlight FIND strings

Keep in mind that the setting can be different for each ISPF EDIT PROFILE used.

check your settings for BOUNDS. Also the lrecl of the data set, the terminal type and as Bill said the other various profile settings
