Hi,

I am currently working on CICS Transaction server with Web services. Architecture involves ECI programming with CICS and Java programs. Java client program calling CICS trasansaction and CICS-COBOL program.

A web portal's Java program calling CICS programs to interact with legacy database. searched this site but not much information. Does any one has exmpales? or any idea which books are suitable. Some examples are helpful.

you need to talk to your CICS support group for code samples to access
your host CICS region from a Java client program.
