Interview Questions for 6+ exp

Hi,

I am 6+ exp in mainframe, preparing for interview,apart from technical questions, what questions can I expect?

To start with, I'd say -- that depneds. And that depends on many factors:

What kind of candidate are they looking for?
They might look for a "lead" and (may be) for a Personnel who is good with Techinical Requirement of their project.
Questions are tend to change per your current profile.
They might also check for SDLC concepts with this experience.
