ERROR while doing FTP data from non-mainframe to mainframe.

I am getting below given error while submitting FTP job in mainframe.

Code:

same FTP job i had submitted 2 hours back, it went successfully and also copied the data to mainframe( PS FILE)

i have seen lots of post related to same type of error but m not getting solution of it..can any one suggest me how to resolve this issue from my side.

This error cannot be resolved from your side. It means the server you are attempting to connect to refused the connection -- it could have been down, FTP could have been terminated on it, or any number of other factors could be involved. But they all are on the other server and have absolutely nothing to do with the mainframe so there's nothing you can do to fix any of them.
