is it possible to change the Management class of already created
PS/VSAM file ?

That is site specific. Unless your storage management team have coded the ACS incorrectly, yes it will be possible.

When I code the ACS routines, I set them up so that only authorised users can make a change to the MGMTCLAS allocated to a dataset.

Try it and see if your site has storage management icon_cool.gif or storage mismanagement icon_evil.gif
