Hi All
I want to match input file containing 10 records with dump file having large number records. Matching is to be done on three fields for each record and matched record should be written to matched file and unmatched in other file.
I tried a MATCHED keyword after sorting the input files. However it is not giving me expected results. Some records are appearing in both the files.
Do we have any other way to match two files and write appropriate output files?
Thanks!!!

The first file in the job statement can have duplicates keys, but the second file can not have duplicate keys. Does this help you?
If you need more help please use code tags and show us (at least) your job statement and "matched" statements. |
