Using DATA Name can I create a new Vsam File (nonindex)

hi all please let me know i have one small doubt
i.e.,

if i am allocating a new vsam fine(nonindex) using idcams, can i use data name? ( i mean cluster name, data name , index name..) like this i dont want index, so if i am not using index, i can use data name or not. if yes please can give me an ex.

If it's non-indexed, then there is just the cluster name:
