Need to Change the encoding scheme of Application program

if i need to change the application program encoding scheme, what are changes need to be done in application programs, emulator ?

There is an ENCODING option in bind PLAN and PACKAGE for different ccsid. See Command Reference for more details.

For emulator, you can check settings-display-host code page... depending on what you are using.

But why do you want to change encoding scheme?
