compile and run JCL

Hi,
can anyone tell me how to write compile and run jcl when a cobol program takes input from a flat file and the output is also stored in the flat file.

Hi Lavanya,

Do you need a single JCL which can both compile and run your program?
Well, Its verywell possible.
All you have to do is to provide insteam dataset as your cobol program.
